You must be at least 18 years old to purchase age-restricted products from us.
We may require you to complete an age-verification process before an order can be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
Products
We aim to describe and display our products accurately.
Product packaging, colours and appearance may occasionally differ from photographs because manufacturers may update their packaging or presentation.
This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, materially different from their description or otherwise not supplied in accordance with your legal rights.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the times stated on the website. Unless otherwise agreed, goods must generally be delivered within 30 days under UK distance-selling rules.
Cancellation and returns
When buying online, consumers normally have the right to tell us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them.
